I think it was already mentioned but Calendar features would be great. Its hard for smaller home service businesses like plumbers, remodelers, and contractors to guarantee the job will be done in a set frame. I have messed with the service menu calendar but its a little repetitive because the customer already fills out a form for the estimate stage. I would rather be able to set a time block for each customer or add a tag to the automation that gives that customer a set time block for each individual type of job. Small fix. Just don't want to worry about the customer picking the time block themselves so things don't get confused and calendars don't get messy.

Pallavi Kothari: All home service businesses give out instant quotes (over the phone and email) and it will be great if we can move them to the web i.e. incorporate them in forms/surveys with math calculations and payments allowing dynamic prices (the quoted value).
Bookings and scheduling is another important feature and we must cater to every type of client out there.

I'm gutted that this isnt a standard feature in GHL!
Would love to see it implemented. I have alot of experience with servicem8, which is great for field based service businesses, especially for onsite creation of certificates etc, SMS enroute with tracking, the online booking system with suggested timeslots to improve travel patterns etc.
If this was integrated into GHL it would be a total game changer in that space!
