Sales & Marketing will this ever be updated?

I have clients in the travel space and when their customers are looking at a flight date which looks like the wrong date to them that's a huge issue

Worrying that this was so long ago and hasn't been edited at all since the suggestion. There are users all across the world and this is needed ASAP

All of my client's customers need to have clarity with the date in the right format for their region

Sure I think the DD MM YYYY is needed as you get more flexibility , give this feature please.

We’ve just discovered that Custom Values currently only support the 12-hour (AM/PM) clock and the US date format!

When sending appointment confirmations and reminders, it’s essential that time and date information is presented in a format the recipient actually understands. Unfortunately, this small limitation makes GHL close to unsuitable for our European clients, where the 24-hour clock and day-month-year (DD.MM.YYYY) format are standard. We really hope this can be prioritized!

We should be able to do any format we want by simply using the correct syntax. For example if we only want to put out the year we should be able to put YYYY and the value is just the year. This would also solve the original problem that started this thread

100% needed. Our format is DD.MM.YYYY, and I have issues with US format.

How on earth is this not fixed yet

Can we have default to choose from the date format for the system & App? that would be very useful!
