Core Platform you merged another post with this that involves bringing parity to the tabs between Conversations and Contact records. I posted a detailed summary that I believe would really help with this, feel free to merge it with this one if you feel it fits. https://ideas.gohighlevel.com/conversations/p/complete-parity-between-conversations-contacts-tabs

Would love to see who sent the last message (inbound/outbound) for automations and follow ups would make things so much easier.

If Activity Feed can be apart of API, that would be awesome too! I would love to be able to get details of it through the API. There are some cool reports I could make if that happened.

Would also love to see memberships and communities info in the contact section

I am looking for this same feature, I had this in Klaviyo and I feel its the main feature that I am still missing inside GHL. I want to be able to have smart lists that automatically update with engaged vs disengaged contacts. The only way to track this that I know of is to track based on last date the contact opened or clicked inside an email. This can help businesses in so many ways. The system is already close based on last activity...however this seems to be last activity that happened to the contact as opposed to last activity the contact initiated namely email opened/clicked etc.
I would also love a much cleaner way to view smart lists as I keep many lists and the way they are currently displayed appears a bit clunky.

Would be great to see in the Activity Feed if a person Clicked a Link or Replied to a specific Email Campaign sent from GHL

Also how many times an email has been opened. Our clients find this very useful to see how interested or warm a lead is.

Core Platform: The short answer is to show everything that happens with a contact in the activity feed - page visits, automation start, automation end, received campaign email/sms, submitted form, etc. Could also add a filter to only show specific categories. Basically, like it's done in ActiveCampaign.

Core Platform: Hooray! Glad to see this being reviewed. For me, I think being able to have Activity included in custom values would be immensely beneficial to not only track activity, but create conditions based on their activity and even send them messages with their activity autofilled in. For example: "You completed this quiz on -date-, and you didn't do the follow up quiz!"

Core Platform: Everything from Ed above, plus appointment cancellations and reschedules - currently it shows when an appointment has been created but not if it is changed which is super confusing when that happens.

Core Platform: Being able to see Email Open/Click/Reply in the Activity Feed would be super helpful. Klaviyo does this really well.

Core Platform: Yes! Workflow started, Workflow completed, Submitted form, email data (eg opened or clicked) please don't forget "tag added" and "tag removed" too! All VERY essential information...

Core Platform This would be helpful especially for diagnosing things! Definitely need more detail!
Would we also allow users to toggle on and off detailed information on a per-user basis?
(Or filter by type of activity)

Core Platform: We need activity feed for sales reps.

Core Platform: Ability to see all page visits if the contact is identified, not just for that particular session. For example if the contact submitted a form, their device / browser is now known. So if they close their browser and visits again a week later.
This should also work retroactively. For example, if the contact visited our site 3 months ago, after they have been idetified, we should see all their old visits.
Finally, they should be "a known contact" and hence tracked (both retroactively and future) whether they submit a form or a tracking link (currently forms only track past visits, and trigger links only track future visits but not past).

Core Platform: On the activity feed right next to it is a tasks, currently you're not able to add tasks that is an action like "Manual call"

Core Platform Would love to be able to get all details that's available in there, through the API as well.

Core Platform it would be awesome if we could increase the page size for contacts permanently. instead of having to switch from 20 to 50 or more contacts gets annoying. would be nice to have an option to lock that in.
Additionally it would be nice to see the actual date instead of "X days/weeks .. since"
