Randy Farber exactly bro. There are so many other Voice Ai systems that can book calendat appts. on GHL. Just doesnt make any sense for us to pay $500 extra a month for this to work with a 3rd party.

They will not post prices, give you no way to find it, other than to waste a trememdous amount of time playing with their idiot box, and then who knows? Maybe won't reveal it, even then, until a hard sell demo.

Augustine Azevedo There doesn't seem to be any plan from GHL to have the Voice AI be able to set appointments. It isn't in the "in Progress" or "planned" sections. What is wrong with these people not understanding how important this is for EVERY SINGLE service provider in the whole world, basically.

I think we need to start looking for another platform that can let us move completely away from GHL and have a more reliable platform.

Randy Farber I feel your pain bro. I am going to stick to what we hv and I'm sure eventually some day in the future GHL will fix this for us along with outbound calling. I wish there was a platform that was available with all the features. The challenge that I have I have 12 clients on GHL so it would almosg be impossible for me to move.

Augustine Azevedo Do you know of anyone with a working automation or workflow that allows the appointment to be set in Conversation AI WHILE the call is in progress?

Randy Farber the workflow trigger when the call is done is what I have it set to. So the AI says, I will send you a quick sms once our call is done so you can book your meeting. Then it triggers my Conversational Ai appointment booking workflow.
