I like the followers function but there needs to be notifications. The way the assigned user for instance is notified if a prospect or client responds to a text or email is great because it has a direct link to the contacts conversation.
However without being able to add multiple assigned users there is no way to notify 2 people if they respond. You can do this through automation but there is no way to have the conversation link in the internal notification email/sms.
This really becomes an issue when there are a intake person and a sales person on the same contact/opportunity, or when a sales rep goes on vacation and their clients communication needs to be monitored in case of any emergencies.
This seems like a fairly basic feature that alot of other CRM's have.
