Ability to easily drag and drop contacts into folders, that way we don't have a massive list of tags to organize them, or have to filter them with conditions. It would make it a lot easier for our clients to organize, as some of them have a hard time fully understanding or conceptualizing the filtering system versus, just creating a folder.
