Project/Task Organizer Like Asana

To make this an all-in-one platform it would be great to have a "Projects" tab that allows us to create task, assign those to specific users, and restrict access to those users. For example, we could create an onboarding section and auto-assign those based on user type (Client, Account Manager, Sales, etc.). We could also have tasks that get assigned to the client. The client could login and see what needs to be done, what's being worked on, etc. This could also be added to the daily/weekly reports that go to the client so they are kept in the loop on things.

As a sales tool, it would be helpful to categorize tasks by things like prospecting, follow up, etc...

I think it comes down to being able to categorize tasks. it could be done by tags, task type a project name. Subtasks would be useful in projects.

Agree. This should be high on the radar. Top 2-3 Features:
- List/Board with ability to create/duplicate tasks
- Assign those tasks to a person with due dates and automated email reminders (internal or external)
- Ability to include attachments or record screen share (like Asana)

I need to be able to assign tasks to a user independent of any specific customer. I want to be able to truly use HighLevel for business ops as much as possible -- and some of the tasks/workflows are independent of a customer.
Yes, I could create a placeholder customer for tasks, etc. But ideally, I'd have affiliates and influencers who I can add as a highlevel user -- and just have their tasks and actions tracked. These are people driving engagement vs specific leads, etc. But I need to be able to see their actions taken and then have the action items repeat daily/weekly, etc.

Would be great to have this at an agency level (agency sub account) which can feed into client subaccounts.

- Project based task associated with CO, Contacts, Companies, or Opportunities
- Wait steps based on task ids created within a workflow. The ability to reference a task in workflows as a trigger or a if/else direction.
- Create team/sure level access to projects
- Allow dependent and conditional task and subtask
or just build a native ClickUp integration and upsell it as a premium feature.

Here's my wishlist - I'm currently using Trello so would be looking to replace that.
- Customisable Kanban-style board showing various statuses of tasks.
- Ability to tag people on a task, with alerts sent to those tagged.
- Ability to add text, images etc to tasks.
- Workflows to support when the status of a task changes.
