Please add conversation templates to live chat message channel to speed up our users replies. There are templates for SMS, email, FB, insta, but I don't see the ability to use the templates for live chat.

When responding to customers via email or SMS having snippet is very convenient. Often times for live chat conversation conversations I would like to be able to send a similar type of canned response.
