can you make the custom fields when you implement be able to be hidden? reason i ask, is because I use hidden custom fields for forms to track UTM parameters. It would be great to do the same on the chat widget

I also notice that we can't see if the end-user checked or not the Checkbox for consent on the conversation. Let's say from a legal side, I can't now show that the end-user approved our terms of use.
The isn't any field confirming the consent on the contact created when the submitted the form.
(See screenshots)
Please add this field to show in the logs of activities to be able to confirm this. This is crucial for our business to be able work with Conversation AI and not get into any legal trouble for wrong/missguided replies.

I see this feature was added but it appears to be for text fields only. Can we get this to work with dropdowns too?

Hello, there is a feature that is very important communication with clients, the ability to send and receive attachments, like photos, PDF, videos. The current web chat dont have this feature at all. Can you add it pelase, it will be a big upgrade for the live chat widget.

Adding custom fields to chat widget is extremely important. I personally hate that we can't even add 'First name' 'Last name' separately, which seems such a simple thing. I don't use 'Full name' in my other forms as I want to make sure I can use {{First.name}} tag in communication to keep it less formal.

I hope that we could have this feature as editable moving forward!
