Include the repeat functionality of sounds and browser popup notifications

For any incoming message, live chat or optional any other, there should be the option for an acoustic alarm and a notification popup.
For many use cases such as booking offices, front desks, customer service, reservations, receptions and others, a quick response is essential. For them a notification which is not only a peep, will help to react on any message faster. It should be possible to have a "alarm" where they have an optical and acoustical alarm which rings the bell till there is a reaction of a team member. That would be a great support!

I built an app with Manus.ai to initiate a constant sound till the the user is moving the lead to another pipeline stage. That is working 90% ok. Just the alarm goes off with any message send. But still better than missing out leads
