Currently, 10 seconds is the shortest reply time which is crazy considering it is supposed to solve the slow follow up problem and can be linked to conversation AI. At least in the meantime implement a loading icon where it looks like the bot is "thinking" about it's reply because the current set up just looks like the widget doesn't work on websites. 10 seconds is a long time to wait for AI, people will click off.
