How about a chat widget without the pre-scripted messages and feedback icons? It would be useful to be allowed to turn off ALL options, including "Feedback". People know how to use chat at this point and they don't need so much guidance. It looks busy and cartoonish. Website owners don't want all that other garbage popping up on their sites.
