Add Chat to Client Portal/Communities/Courses Enhancement

We have different teams that deal with different aspects. As most our clients are in the coaching/training fields (utilizing courses and communities), the additional of being able to add the chat to these sections is great. However, with different staff members handling different things, if we could assign DIFFERENT widgets to specific areas it would be ideal.
Example:
Courses - Add a chat widget that lets us assign teachers/coaches to answer them
My Account area - Goes to a CSR rept
Communities - Goes to Community Admins
Affiliates - Goes to the affiliate manager

Smart workflow thinking here. We have the same challenge where our support team shouldn't be fielding course questions and vice versa. Right now we're using different subdomains as a workaround but native widget assignment would be way cleaner.
