Hi Team,
The ability for users/customers to upload pic/videos through live chat would be useful. Especially when using this feature as support chat.

Hello, there is a feature that is very important communication with clients, the ability to send and receive attachments, like photos, PDF, videos. The current web chat dont have this feature at all. Can you add it pelase, it will be a big upgrade for the live chat widget.
