Set a Fixed Price for Your AI Products

What's New
You can now bill your sub-accounts a fixed rate for Conversation AI and Voice AI instead of only a markup on usage. For example, you can charge $0.50 for every message sent through Conversation AI — the same amount every time, no matter how much that message actually costs to process.
You choose the billing model — markup or fixed rate — separately for each product and sub-account, and you can switch between them whenever you like.
Why It Matters
AI usage costs are based on tokens, which are hard to explain and even harder for your customers to estimate. A fixed rate means your customers see one simple, consistent price for AI usage — no surprises, no confusing math. That makes it much easier to explain the value of your AI products and close the sale.
Notes
  • This is available at the product and sub-account level — you can set a fixed rate for one AI product or sub-account, and keep markup pricing on another.
  • Markup-based billing is still fully supported if you prefer it.
  • You're still billed based on actual usage on your end, so it's worth reviewing your own numbers to set a fixed rate that works for your margins.

We have introduced product-level billing separation for Conversation AI and Voice AI.
Previously, both Conversation AI  and Voice AI usage was billed under the legacy Conversation AI product. Following the product split, the legacy product has been separated into two distinct products.
  • Conversation_AI
  • VoiceAI
What's changed?
  • Conversation AI and Voice AI usage is now tracked and billed separately.
  • Both products are displayed independently across billing usage and rebilling sections.
  • Agencies can configure separate rebilling settings for each product.
  • Rebilling settings applied to one product will not automatically apply to the other.
👀 What’s New?
  • New
    Widget Placement
control introduced at the top of the Style tab:
  1. Sticky
    – floating widget on page corner (default)
  2. Embedded/Inline
    – renders Voice AI widget inside website content
  • Added
    Display Mode
    selection for embedded widgets:
  1. Avatar
    – static visual representation
  2. Visualiser
    – dynamic voice-based visual cues
  • Introduced
    Interface Size
customization (Small, Medium, Large) for Visualiser mode.
  • Real-time
    preview updates
based on placement and display selection.
  • Inline widget now shows
    CTA below avatar/visualise
    r (e.g., “Call us here”).
👷 How It Works:
  1. Navigate to
Sites > Chat Widget > Style tab
    .
  2. Select
    Widget Placement
    : Sticky or Embedded/Inline.
  3. For Embedded:
  • Choose
    Display Mod
    e (Avatar or Visualiser)
  • If Visualiser is selected > user can choose to configure the
    Interface Size
    .
image
  1. Customize remaining available styling options.
  2. Copy code via
    Get Code
    :
  • Sticky > floating script
  • Embedded > inline embed snippet (div/iframe)
  1. Paste code into your website where you want the widget to appear.
image
🌟 Why It Matters:
  1. Enables
    non-intrusive Voice AI experiences
    embedded directly into website layouts.
  2. Unlocks
    design flexibility
for landing pages, funnels, and content-driven sites.
  3. Introduces
    visual interaction patterns
(visualiser) for more engaging voice experiences.
  4. Lays the groundwork for
    highly customisable Voice AI widgets
    across different use cases.
  5. Supports better
    conversion-focused placements
    vs generic floating widgets.
⏭️ What’s Next?
  • Enhanced customisation and personalisation with new visualiser options.
📝 Notes:
  1. Some customisation options (like widget position & contact form toggle) are disabled in Embedded mode of voice AI widgets.
  2. Display Mode variations are currently optimised for
    Voice AI experiences
    .
  3. Multiple embedded widgets can be used across the same site.
Overview
We’ve expanded app update versioning to include AI Agent modules, including Conversation AI and Voice AI templates.
Earlier, app versioning supported the release flow for app updates, but AI Agent module changes were not fully tied to app versions. With this update, AI Agent template changes are now version-controlled, making releases safer, clearer, and easier to manage.
What’s new
  • AI Agent template changes must now be made through the app versioning flow.
  • Developers can no longer edit AI Agent templates directly on a Live version.
  • To make changes, developers should go to Manage → Versions, clone the Live version as a Draft, make updates in the Draft, and publish the new version.
Versioning behavior
  • Updates to an existing Conversation AI or Voice AI template are treated as a Minor version update by default.
  • This includes changes to agent details, descriptions, use cases, supported channels, actions, template configuration, template link updates, or disabling/enabling an existing template link.
  • A Major version is required when AI Agent templates are added for the first time to an existing Live app.
  • For example, if a Live app did not previously include Conversation AI or Voice AI templates, and the developer adds one or both in a Draft version, the update must be published as a Major version.
Why this matters
This update gives developers better control over how AI Agent changes are released and gives users more visibility into what changed before updating an installed app.
AI Agent updates are now easier to track, review, and adopt through Marketplace release notes and version updates.
What' next
  • We are in the process of expanding app versioning to other Marketplace modules as well.

The Voice AI Chat Widget now supports a new
Embedded/Inline placement option
, allowing users to seamlessly integrate the widget within their website content rather than having it float in a corner. This enhancement makes the Voice AI experience more natural and immersive, giving businesses greater flexibility in how they present conversational AI on their sites.
👀 What’s New?
  1. Added
    Widget Placement
    options in the
    Style tab
, users can now choose between:
  • Sticky (Default)
: Floats on page corner, immovable.
  • Embedded/Inline
: Renders inline inside page content.

image
  1. Dynamic behavior
    based on placement:
  • For Embedded/Inline, customization simplifies to avatar and theme only.
  • Themes shift from Chat Window Themes to Avatar Themes.
  • Contact form toggle and widget position grid are hidden automatically as those won't be needed for the embedded type of voice AI widget.
  1. Preview Enhancements
    :
  • Embedded mode shows inline content block view.
  • Sticky mode continues to reflect floating preview with live styling updates.
👷 How to Use?
  1. Go to
Sites > Chat Widget > Open an existing or create a new Voice AI chat widget > go to Style tab
    .
  2. Under
    Widget Placement

⭐ Why This Feature?
This enhancement gives businesses greater flexibility to
embed the Voice AI Widget
directly within their page layout, making conversations feel natural and seamless. It’s perfect for users who want an
integrated, on-brand experience
instead of a floating chat bubble.
⏭️ What’s Next?
  • Phase 2: Introduction of
    multiple new themes
    for the Embedded mode.
  • Embedded/Inline Chat Widgets
support will also be extended to
    Live Chat
, bringing the same smooth inline experience to text-based interactions.
📝 Notes:
  1. Mobile responsive by default.
  2. Multiple inline placements supported with the same Voice AI agent configuration.
  3. A combination of embedded and sticky(chat bubble) can also be used in a website/funnel, users can use it however they want.

AI Agent Marketplace: Knowledge Base Support for Agents

Overview
We’ve made the AI Agent Marketplace even more powerful! Agent Builders can now include a Knowledge Base inside the agents they list on the marketplace.
What’s new?
  • Agent Builders can attach a Knowledge Base to their agents.
  • When Agencies install these agents, the Knowledge Base comes along with them — making the agents immediately smarter and more useful.
How to use it as an Agent Builder
  • While publishing an agent to the Marketplace, you’ll now see an option to include the associated Knowledge Base.
  • This Knowledge Base will automatically be bundled with the agent during installation.
  • Just like other actions, agent builders have the choice to either include or exclude the knowledge base as part of the AI agent.
How to use it as an Agency
  • When you install an agent from the Marketplace that includes a Knowledge Base, it will already be preloaded.
  • This means less setup work and a much faster path to value!
Why this is important
This unlocks a huge leap forward in agent usability:
  • Agent builders can include knowledge base as templates that act as a reference for their users, who can swap the resources in the knowledge base with those relevant to their business. This improves the AI Agent onboarding experience for the users who buy agent templates from the marketplace.

API

Voice AI

Voice AI - Public APIs

Overview:
We’re excited to announce that Voice AI APIs are now public, giving you direct programmatic access to configure agents, manage actions, retrieve call data, and integrate webhooks into your workflows.
This elevates Voice AI from a product feature to an extensible capability that can be integrated directly into your workflows and applications.
What You Can Do Today
Instead of limiting Voice AI to in-app controls, you can now:
  • Manage Agents & Actions – Create, update, and organize agents and their behaviors via API.
  • Retrieve Call Data – Access logs and transcripts for reporting, compliance, or analytics.
  • Leverage Webhooks – Receive real-time call outcomes, transcripts, and summaries in your own systems.
What’s Coming Next
  • Knowledge Base Support via Actions API – Agents will soon be able to dynamically reference Knowledge Base entries as part of their configured actions.
  • Voices API – Retrieve the list of available voices and fetch details, so you can align an agent with the right voice.
Why It Matters
  • By making these APIs public, we’re giving you the flexibility to go beyond the UI. Automating setup, integrating with external tools, or tailoring Voice AI to fit your operational needs.
  • This is a big step toward making Voice AI not just usable, but buildable.
📌 Overview
We’ve introduced
granular permission controls
for Voice AI Agents, giving admins the ability to define
who can view, configure, and manage agents
at a fine-grained level. Whether you're onboarding new users or tightening control over sensitive workflows, these permissions offer flexible access without compromising security.
🎯 Why It Matters
  • Prevents unauthorized or accidental edits to critical AI configurations.
  • Allow controlled configuration workflows across different user roles.
  • Enable focused access to dashboards for analysis without exposing sensitive settings.
