When manually issuing a certificate, it would be extremely helpful to have a confirmation pop-up form that allows the issuer to:

• Review the auto-filled fields before finalizing

• Add or edit any custom fields directly in the pop-up

• Adjust or backdate the issue date if needed

This would prevent errors, save time by eliminating the need to go back and re-edit, and give users more flexibility when managing certificates.

Right now, certificates are locked in too quickly, and mistakes require extra steps to correct. With this enhancement, issuers could finalize confidently, knowing the certificate data is accurate and complete.
