The way our program/course is run, we don't want the certificate to be sent out after they just watch all the videos in the training course, that is not good. We have a final exam our members take with our instructor before they are allowed to gain access to the next level of training in the program. We need to not allow certificates to be automatically sent (prematurely), and make it so that we can send it to them in the automations INSTEAD when we actually approve their completion, and not based on them watching the videos. We have homework assigned, so they need to do the homework and pass the final exam with us BEFORE getting the certificate. Please make this an option for us to do so we can send it to them in the automations instead of anything else if we choose to do so. It's really important to our automations and streamlining of our members' experience!
