Connect OpenAi or Ai tool of choice to listen to and transcribe calls LIVE! The Ai could be connected to existing user data and do research on the fly to help guide the customer service or sales person through the call and give them insights on customer tone, sentiment, goals etc and direct the user on ways to help make sure that each call goes as well as can be expected.
Give users the ability to use an Ai tool of their choice to transcribe, summarize and best of all RATE each call for training purposes for sales teams, receptionists etc. Give the users the ability to set custom criteria for the rating process and generate reports based on call performance.
Great tool for Sales Managers and individual sales people as well as for larger applications like call centers

If the AI could analyze the call and be able to identify the call as a booked appointment, or sale as well... LOL might be asking too much :-)

Does HL have call transcriptions at all? I think we'd need that before we got sentiment analysis, but both at the same time would be excellent!
