When Trying to send a whatsapp message, it clearly says to connect whatsapp, but when a subaccount tries to send an SMS even if they dont have a phone number high level lets it through, which leads to an error.

SUGGESTION : The default channel should be 'Email' when the user does not have a phone number and vice verca, please add a conditional check which selects which conversation tab is to be selected.

USE CASE: a chatbot in a subaccout that does not have a phone number, some lead uses the chatbot, the subaccoubt user tries to reply in the conversation (by default SMS is selected) causes an error.
