Hello GHL Team,
I'd like to change the functionality of default fields within an opportunity. My immediate need is to allow 'Opportunity Source' to be converted from Single Line free form text to Single Dropdown with multiple choices please.
Thanks for your consideration.

Hello Team, customizations made to the Opportunity Cards within a pipeline are not saving and repeatedly revert back to the default card layout. Changes appear to save initially but reset after navigating away from the page or upon system refresh. I’d like to request that the team consider improving or enhancing this feature. This would greatly improve usability.

Hi GHL Team,
One of my clients requested the creation of a Blog and after doing all the settings and visual configuration I found out that it is not possible to enable Comments on Blogs on GHL.
This is very surprising to me because, then what is the point of this. Do you guys have any idea what to do or when is this going to be possible.

We should have option to customize the fields what we see on an opportunity card based on the selected opportunity. Currently, I can see the fields on the card which are not relevant to the selected opportunity.

Hi GHL team,
We’d love to request a Contact Relationship Mapping feature in the CRM allowing users to link two (or more) related contacts together (for example, partners, spouses, or family members).
What we’re trying to achieve:
When viewing one contact, we want to easily see their connected partner’s details (name, phone, email, etc.) without needing to manually cross-reference or create duplicate company records.
Why it matters:
Many businesses (like real estate, buyers agents, financial planners, and mortgage brokers) work with couples or families rather than single clients.
Having a native “relationship” link between contacts would make it easier to manage shared notes, deals, and communications in one place.
It would also help with automations, pipelines, and reporting for example, ensuring updates or emails go to both people in a couple.
A simple way to implement this could be a “Relationships” tab or a “Linked Contacts” field under each contact record where users can assign the related contact(s) and label the relationship (e.g., Partner, Spouse, Business Partner, etc.).
This would be a huge time-saver for teams managing clients who come in pairs and would make the CRM more relationship-centric.
Thanks for considering this!

Please add the ability for each user to set unique working hours for every Round-Robin calendar they’re assigned to, so the same closer can have different availability in different calendars without affecting their global schedule.

Would be nice to have a quick reply buttons for options/choices in the chatwidget feature that would trigger a certain question depending on the button that a website visitor would select.

Comment section and Social sharing under BLOG posts isn't available yet? I thought I am just doing really bad job looking for enabling it somewhere, but it seems like we don't have it yet on GHL. Please! It's so important.
