Allow users to move/remove posted date and "read time" on blog posts and feature element

My users want to be able to both move/remove the posted date/"read time" on both the blog posts as well as the blog feature element.
They can currently do this on the blog home page and want that same functionality on the other places that the blogs are/are displayed through the element.

We need more autonomy with blogs. I agree with all the suggested changes to blogs plus i wany yo get rid of the image at the top of the blog. Please and thank you
