Hide Workflow Actions for Disabled Services

It's confusing for my customers to see workflow actions for add-on services (such as Whatsapp or Conversations AI) that I have disabled for their sub-accounts in the automation options. It doesn't make sense to me that GHL allows you to customize what you offer customers but still shows them stuff like this in their accounts, even when you have not enabled them... If you're going to give us the option of creating a custom offer for our clients, please do it properly.

Yes! not just premium actions. GHL actions like conversation AI. We use our own and we don't need or want the native bot actions showing up. we need to be able to remove them. It's just confusing for our end users.
Ideally we could select what workflow actions can show up in what subaccount via a checklist or something.

Remove Premium Workflow Options If Disabled

Remove Premium Workflow Options If Disabled. If we have premium workflows disabled for our users, we should hide premium workflow options in the workflow builder. I do not want to enable this feature for my users.
Why can they still see the options in workflows still if it is disabled.
I have it turned off in the agency view.

Ability to toggle off workflow actions. It's difficult to provide our own saas solution and have customers ask about Eliza, Affiliate Program, etc inside Workflow Actions when we don't offer those.

Agreed 100%!
Voted!
(Would be funny if we, as admins, see everything GHL has to offer... but then if we logged in as a standard Location Admin/User, I wonder if it would look different. HighLevel Support, Varun Vairavan got any insight here?)

Yeah this is super frustrating

If these can't be removed automatically when the services are enabled or disabled, at least give us the option to hide them with code somehow.

I think it should still show but when clicked it should tell them about the premium task and how much it costs. Include button to request access that notifies agency owner so we can turn it on. Or like Blake said, if the toggle is off then don't show it but if it is on still require the user to activate it with box they understand the additional cost.

Shawn Moser yes, but would also be great to be able to hide irrelevant ones completely. It makes no sense to show actions for services we don't support.

I don't understand why Premium Actions would show if the Agency has them turned off. Causes confusion for Clients of the Agency. The Agency obviously has the Premium Actions turned off for a reason, so why even present them to the end user? Doesn't make sense. 🫤🤷♂️
