Prasoon Dadhich - thank you. I think both need to mirror each other. Also - "reply-to" - I know this has been requested before in other places and one of them is marked as "upcoming", but please don't forget "internal notifications" for this because when it's used as an external notification, it would be good to change the reply-to so replies end up in outlook inboxes as well as the CRM.

This would be very valuable. It would allow us to embed dynamic connection via BCC to Trustpilot, which would allow for customer verification and an increase in our business rating

Just a tip with this one:
You can actually use the internal notification to send emails to multiple addresses out of a workflow. Obviously you'll just have to set custom values for the email address. Make sure to separate with a comma.
If I'm wrong here, someone please correct me!

Or even a relational option such as:

- alert sales without logging in to HL
- store the emails in our AXLR8 MessageStore in that client's record
