Add a contact to any step in a workflow

When manually adding a contact into a workflow we should be able to choose any step in that workflow. For example you may want to skip the first few emails and just drop them into the appropriate email for that account. Reduces clutter and enhances user experience by putting them exactly where they need to be in the flow.

Definitely need this - can't believe it's been on the board since 2023 and not resolved. Spent half an hour searching for how to move someone to specific place in the workflow....only to find out we can't...grrrrr

If a contact has been taken out of a workflow, it would be great to be able to choose what step this contact would be added to if we manually add it back.

I found somewhat of a workaround for this. Here are my steps:
- duplicate the workflow
- go into the copied workflow and change the trigger to "contact tag"
- create a tag that is unique (i.e. CONTACT WORKFLOW REENTRY STEP 3)
- delete all steps prior to the step at which you want the contact to start the workflow (i.e. delete steps 1 & 2 so workflow will start at step 3)
- create a smart list for any contacts who were taken out of the workflow too soon and add your new tag to those contacts
- this new tag is also great for anyone who opts in at the middle of an education series.
- once you add the new tag to the contacts, they will be added to the new workflow at the stage you desire.
Now, GoHighLevel, please create an option to add contacts to a specific stage in a workflow.

In some instances, there may be evolving circumstances where you may want to manually add a contact at a midpoint in a workflow. It would be nice to have a quick action and an action in the contact record that allows you to enter a contact to a workflow and specify where to add them.

We should be able to add a contact into any step of a workflow. This could be used if someone got kicked out of a workflow and you didn't want to add them to the top (thereby having them go through some steps twice) also if you want to add someone partway through this would be helpful!

This option would be great for when a person answers and gets removed from a workflow. Oftentimes I want the workflow to continue but I need to decide this manually depending on the contacts message.
