I was told by a GHL rep that if I have free trials, and the client cancels, or if I cancel the client's subscription from the back-end, before the trial ends and the payment is collected, it still shows up as unpaid earnings for the affiliate.

This can cause a whole bunch of problems..

Between the affiliate thinking they are owed money, and the agency owner saying "Nope, actually they didn't pay" makes for a rather negative experience.

It's best to only show earnings that were truly collected!

This should not be hard to do at all.
