Make affiliate payout for calender services

I would like to pay a commission for calendar services not just products. I would like to be able to pay people to refer salon services or consultant services directly from the calendar.

One workaround that I made for my salon was I made an individual landing page for just one hair extension client & enrolled them into my "affiliate" program. Then the form was tied to just them.
