Adding in / hijacking this - Attribution should support manual definition via the V2 API. <3

It's awesome that HighLevel knows things like Paid Search and Paid Social per lead. We just need a way to report on that in the aggregate.

Don't limit the attribution to a few fields only, allow all custom and pre-defined attribution fields.

Basically, allow anything that starts with utm_ for attributions
