- Company Data Handling: When using the Business Data to Companies feature, the tool successfully creates a Company record. However, even when key data like address, phone number, and website are available, these fields do not automatically populate in the CRM card. This limits efficiency and creates extra manual input. It would be a big improvement if the CRM auto-filled all available company data from the prospecting result.
- Contact Selection in CRM: Currently, the system defaults to selecting the first listed contact from the company and automatically adds them to the CRM—even if they’re not the right person to engage with. It would be much more useful to have the option to choose which contact to add to the CRM, especially when targeting specific roles or decision-makers.
