We want to use this as an internal tool for our marketing agency to manage accounts and not have to worry about our team getting access to all the different business managers we are connected to. Having to input card details to authorize even if the price is set to zero is a bit silly and will lead to more manual actions.
Idea:
If price is set to zero by pass payment just a button to authorize adding it to the location
toggle on agency to include it automatically for all sub locations at set price.

Hey Tyler, of course we got your point and that's why the functionality to deploy ad manager directly to cater to this particular issue is live. You can see it under agency view > sub-accounts > select the specific sub-account to whom you want to give it for free > go to reselling tab under that sub-account and look for the Ad Manager card.
There you'll see the option to deploy ad manager directly and by doing so, this location can use ad manager free of cost as you chose it to be 0$ for them.
