Ads manager UI Refresh broke all of my systems | Unresolved Ticket

Before the ads manager ui refresh, my clients would have a snapshot with all the facebook ad campaigns loaded into their ads manager.
Creative was good, copy was good, and primary text + headlines were imported.
After the refresh it removed the primary text and headlines from all 14 of the campaigns.
Very annoying and not only that, I can't even run campaigns anymore.
The screenshot below shows the error i keep getting. It has prevented me from launching campaigns for my new clients.
I opened a ticket with support and was told the message
"unable to update campaign details"
May be because of a global update and to try again later. 1 day later still the same issue.
The UI Refresh is terrible. All of the systems I spent days building were pointless seeing as nothing transferred over from the refresh.

Yeah I’ve seen this happen with the new UI refresh it’s not just you.
From what you described, it sounds like Meta reset some of the ad-level fields (primary text + headlines) during the migration, which is why your campaigns are throwing the “unable to update campaign details” error. Usually that error isn’t random it’s tied to missing or invalid required fields after the update.
A couple things that have worked for me in similar situations:
• Try duplicating one of the affected campaigns sometimes the duplicate rebuilds correctly under the new structure
• Go into the ad level and manually re-add primary text/headline (even if it looks like it should be there)
• Check if any dynamic creative or asset settings got toggled/reset the new UI is handling those differently
• If it’s still stuck, create a fresh campaign and import the assets manually (annoying, but fastest workaround right now)
Also worth checking if the ad account got flagged during the update I’ve seen that silently block publishing.
Honestly the refresh has been breaking a lot of previously stable setups, especially for people using snapshots or templated builds.
If you want, I can take a quick look at one of the campaigns with you sometimes it’s just one hidden field causing all of it.
