Allow for the ability to sort the list of snapshots in Agency View -> Settings -> Snapshots.

This will allow for us to sort snapshots by date or name so for instance if we import a new snapshot it is now somewhere in the list but if we could sort by date we can see what the imported snapshot's name is by sorting by date desending.
