Be able to remove the chat requirement for phone numbers like you can for email address and allow multiple pipeline options in the live chat option

It would be good to have the choice to remove phone number as a requirement making it optional. Also in the live chat, it helps if you give us an option on how to choose from different pipelines (different teams like IT support, HR, etc)
