Moving this to conversations ideas board, visitor side notifications are enabled and active as of now.
The sub-account side notifications will be taken care by the CRM conversations team.

Manas Dixit I was writing this under another post; sorry but this works only on the customer side. If you are in a busy office you do not recognize incoming live chats. There is no way to see or hear that if you are not permanently looking at the open browser window. I made this point already with the team. Please that needs an URGENT approach!!! What is the case for a customer to hear the sound but not the team who is working to answer it? That is like a phone is ringing but only on the caller side.
Please get this fixed asap!! We are loosing well paying customers

Hans Lange: just to be clear, you're expecting a sound notification to come up in the conversations panel too within HL for the agent within a sub-account to know about a new incoming response?
Trying to understand better here.
