Allow Yext for USA Sub Accounts (For International Agencies)

I am in Ireland and have agency unlimited membership however I only operate in the USA. All my sub accounts have USA addresses but Yext is not available to them. Please enable it.

FYI, if I change my agency level address to United States then Yext does become available for sub accounts but I can't have a fake (billing) address on my agency level just to allow USA customers to use Yext.
