Seperation of Team and Client
I’d like to propose a feature that would enhance privacy and organization for businesses using Go High Level, particularly those with larger teams. Current Challenge: Go High Level works well for one-on-one service booking, but for businesses managing large teams, the inability to assign team members to client events without sharing personal contact information is limiting. Currently, the only way to associate a team member with a client for an event is by adding them as a guest to the calendar event. However, this results in the client receiving the team member’s personal email, which is not ideal for businesses that need to keep internal team communication private. Proposed Solution: We need the ability to assign team members to client events without sending any notifications to the client or exposing internal contact details. This could be done through: A backend-only team assignment option within the event settings. A toggle to prevent client notifications when adding a team member. A system that links team members to bookings within Go High Level without relying on calendar guest invites. Industries That Would Benefit: This feature would be valuable for service-based businesses such as beauty professionals, event planners, healthcare providers, and any industry where large teams need to coordinate client bookings without direct client-team member contact. I believe this would be a great addition to Go High Level, improving operational efficiency while maintaining privacy. I’d love to hear feedback from others who see the value in this!
