Basically my calendars conflict with each other

It is key for some businesses to have waitlist in case that a booking get's cancelled. This will be huge

An embedded meeting selection widget that appears directly in the body of an email raises our meeting booking rates 3x-4x, it allows us to automate while maintaining personalization. Hubspot, Mixmax and CalendarHero all have this functionality. It would be great to have this in GHL. As a user I need the ability to insert meeting availability times directly into the body of a conversation email, automation or campaign email. When I select meeting availability in the conversations interface, I am able to select the duration, dates and times available. For automations and campaigns I have the ability set recurring days and times (example: every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:45, 12:30pm and 1:15pm for 45 minutes). This is embedded directly into the email body allowing the recipient to select and fully book the meeting, once complete the meeting booking will be added to everyone's calendar.

Enhance GHL calendars by allowing potential customers to input their address. The system then: Auto-calculates travel time from the business location to the job. Blocks travel time in the calendar automatically. If another job follows, GHL checks the calendar and factors in travel time between jobs using Google Maps. For trades businesses this would be game changing as a lot are using Servicem8 and tradify for job management right now.

It would be nice to be able to update your working hours on a fly through the mobile app. This could come in handy for businesses such as cleaning businesses where most of the employees aren't very tech savvy, or would benefit from minimal friction for doing something like changing hours when they're off.

I’d like to suggest a feature that allows clients to purchase session packs and schedule each session at their convenience. 📌 How it works: Clients buy a pack (e.g., 5 sessions). They can schedule each session later as needed. Sessions must be used within a set time limit. The system tracks the remaining sessions. After each session, the client receives a reminder to book their next session and sees how many are left. 📌 Example: A client purchases a 10-session therapy pack. Instead of booking all sessions at once, they schedule them as needed over the next 12 weeks. After each session, they get a message reminding them to book the next one and showing their remaining sessions. 📌 Why This is a Game-Changer: ✅ More flexibility and convenience for clients. ✅ Easier appointment management without overloading the schedule. ✅ Encourages upfront purchases, boosting revenue. ✅ Reduces cancellations and no-shows. ✅ Enhances user experience with automated reminders. This feature would make scheduling easier for both businesses and clients while improving retention and revenue. Thanks for considering this!

I’d like to propose a feature that would enhance privacy and organization for businesses using Go High Level, particularly those with larger teams. Current Challenge: Go High Level works well for one-on-one service booking, but for businesses managing large teams, the inability to assign team members to client events without sharing personal contact information is limiting. Currently, the only way to associate a team member with a client for an event is by adding them as a guest to the calendar event. However, this results in the client receiving the team member’s personal email, which is not ideal for businesses that need to keep internal team communication private. Proposed Solution: We need the ability to assign team members to client events without sending any notifications to the client or exposing internal contact details. This could be done through: A backend-only team assignment option within the event settings. A toggle to prevent client notifications when adding a team member. A system that links team members to bookings within Go High Level without relying on calendar guest invites. Industries That Would Benefit: This feature would be valuable for service-based businesses such as beauty professionals, event planners, healthcare providers, and any industry where large teams need to coordinate client bookings without direct client-team member contact. I believe this would be a great addition to Go High Level, improving operational efficiency while maintaining privacy. I’d love to hear feedback from others who see the value in this! When a contact books an appointment and receives the RSVP email, we want to ensure they respond to confirm their attendance. If they accept the RSVP, the appointment in the owner's calendar should automatically update to reflect their acceptance. Currently, when a contact accepts or declines the RSVP, the owner is not notified. The owner's calendar states, 'You have not requested responses for this event.' However, we want to ensure that a response is requested and that the owner's calendar updates accordingly

We have some problems with a lot of locations in the esthetic niche.. When customers book their appointment through the widget they can select multiple services, Eg: (Botox + Facial Massage). In the back-end if you want to select CONTACT A, and make one single appointment for both Botox and Facial Massage, you cannot.. You need to make 1 Appointment for Botox, then another one for Facial Massage.. This triggers 2 confirmations SMS automations, 2 reminder etc.. Solution: To be able to select more then 1 Calendar (service) for one contact, and in the backend to calculate the TOTAL amount of time for both appointments and make one single appointment Here is a screenshot on how Acuity Works

Allowing changes to be made by group, rather than individually, would greatly improve efficiency. For example, updates such as changing time durations, adjusting staff assignments, or other modifications could be applied to multiple entries at once, instead of going through them one by one. This approach would save significant time and effort when making bulk changes.
