When using the new Service Calendar, users who have the "Restrict user to only view assigned data" permission enabled lose access to all Service Calendars, even when they are valid staff members of those calendars and have appointments assigned to them. Instead of displaying the Service Calendar, the system shows that the user has no assigned calendar. However, if the restriction is removed and the user is allowed to view all data, the exact same Service Calendar becomes visible and works correctly. Steps to Reproduce: Create a Service Calendar and add a staff member. Assign appointments to that staff member in the Service Calendar. Go to the user's permissions and enable "Restrict data visibility to only assigned data." Log in as that user. Navigate to Calendars. Expected Behavior: The user should still be able to see and use any Service Calendar where they are configured as a staff member and view only the appointments assigned to them. Actual Behavior: The Service Calendar disappears completely, and the system behaves as if the user has no assigned calendar. Impact: This prevents businesses from using Service Calendars while maintaining proper data privacy. The only current workaround is to allow users to view all customer data, which defeats the purpose of the permission and creates a privacy/security issue.

Reminders only work for the first appointment in a four (or whatever #) series class. It needs to send reminders for each of the session.

When we delete a calendar, please also delete the product created for it. As products can't be deleted when it has the calendar tag. As products are becoming overpopulated

There is no Calendar ID for the new service calendar v2. ( end of url 24 digit slug doesn't work for the ID to be called on ) I've talked with several reps who have no idea about V2 or IDs and tell me to use v1. One rep said v1 will be removed - ?? If we were able to call ID's in V1, it should be accessible in V2.

We have Multi-item Cart enabled (Global Settings → Booking settings), and it works correctly in one entry path but not another — same setting, same listings, inconsistent behavior depending on how the customer arrived. Steps to reproduce: Enable Multi-item Cart. Get a listing's individual Scheduling Link via the "..." menu on that listing row (format: /rentals/{account}/rl/{slug}). Visit that link directly, select dates, click Add to Cart. On the resulting Booking Summary page, there is no "+Add More Listings" button — only "Continue to Checkout." Now compare: get a Category shareable link instead (format: /rentals/{account}/rc/{categoryId}), browse to the same listing from there, add it to cart. On this Booking Summary page, "+Add More Listings" is present and works as expected — customer can browse and add additional listings to the same cart/checkout. Same account, same Multi-item Cart setting, same listing — the only variable is which link type the customer entered through. Why this matters: A listing's own Scheduling Link is the most natural way to link directly to a specific package — from a pricing page, an ad, a marketing email, anywhere you want "click here to book this exact thing." That's likely the single most common real-world entry point for a rental business, more common than sending customers to a general category browse page. Having Multi-item Cart silently unavailable specifically on that path undercuts the feature for what's probably its primary use case — a customer who books one item via a direct link has no way to add a second item (an add-on, a piece of equipment) to the same checkout, even though the setting says they should be able to. Ask: Multi-item Cart should behave consistently regardless of entry point. Either fix the direct Scheduling Link flow to include "+Add More Listings" the same way the category link flow does, or — if this is intentional — document the distinction clearly, since nothing in the current Rentals help articles mentions it.

There are appointments that we have been told are marked as "open" in the GHL (light green color) which means the widget is allowed to book over top of them but they are marked as busy events in our client's Google calendars. This leads to double bookings when it shouldn't be possible. We were also told that when you remove a single day of a recurring event that it won't be removed from the GHL calendar. We were told that you need to remove the original recurring appointment and every other recurring appointment from there in order for it to be removed. But shouldn't the GHL calendar just reflect what is in google and should auto update for every change? We have been having a TON of calendar sync issues lately and it is very frustrating.

When people use the calendar to set up an appt, we ask for extra custom info to segment the contacts. We need to be able to include those custom form response inside of the description for the corresponding Google calendar event... JUST LIKE CALENDLY DOES. Please remedy asap, as it is a necessary fix to this bug... :) thank you!

Enable setting different "confirmation redirect URLs" on "Services" to be able to track conversions for each service separately... (This only can be set on global settings)

The services' menu calendar take between 5 and 10 second to show up, even with the direct link the page take that amount of time to load. This is critical because it hurts conversion.

The new V2 Service calendar is great. It can do a lot and offers many options, such as multiple locations and staff selection. But... You can't disable the payment option. And you can only integrate it via code in a funnel. The code is fine, but the payment option is annoying and very disruptive in many use cases (package booking, free services, other payments and more)Please adjust and you have created a great feature!
