Reputation Management

I need to be able to do multiple GBP review qr codes for my clients that have multiple GBP and Facebook pages. Right now its only one. Whichever location you set, is what all the qr code reviews will be targeted, theres no edit button inside of Reputation Reviews QR setings... also, I would like there to be options to do multiple listings inside Reputation. I have clients with multiple locations and multiple gbp, linkedin, social media accounts, to have to start a new subaccount per lisitng and for the YEXT stuff as well is difficult. If you price it out, you should have packages for 1, 2, 4, 8, 20+, 30+, 50+ etc... depending on what they need. To be able to manage franchises in reputation managemnt is huge...

Right now the Video Testimonials Collector caps out at 3 questions. We're trying to use it to replace a third-party tool that supports 6-7 or more questions per flow, so we're stuck cramming multiple questions into one prompt. In testing, that makes the text overwhelming on screen before the person even hits record. Would love to see the limit raised to 7-8, or an option to break one question into multiple steps the way Welcome, Questions, and Attribution already work as separate pages. This is the main thing blocking us from fully switching over.

Today, Google reviews are available in Conversations, and we’re exploring support for Facebook as well. We’d like to understand whether customers also want reviews from other connected platforms such as Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor and others to appear inside Conversations.

I saw that there is no snippet inside the GMB, is it possible to add this?

When you have testimonials from a single user, and want to display them individually on a page, you can't use the current widget to choose certain testimonials after they have been submitted. I have clients that want to use this feature to highlight some of their best testimonials, but it breaks every time they get a new one, unless they create a whole ned video collector.

Please add platform integration to pull in Linkedin recommendations as reviews/testimonials.

Please add the ability to include paragraph break formatting for reviews/testimonials added manually. This is so important to make longer reviews digestible, and should be an easy enhancement that would make a massive difference!

LLMs are relying much for sentiment and with reviews and content on the BBB. This would be a significant improvement for competitor analysis.

Most of our clients do not have TripAdvisor nor Trust Pilot as relevant review sources, but they do use Yelp. It would be very helpful if the review sources shown in the competitor analysis were sorted by quantity of reviews. That would bring the relevant review sources to the top and the ones that aren't used at the bottom, reducing confusion and improving helpfulness.

Feature: Reputation Management Description: Please add a filtering option within Reputation Management that allows users to display only reviews that have not yet received a response. Currently, new reviews appear at the top, but there is no easy way to identify all outstanding reviews awaiting a reply—particularly when managing a high volume of reviews across multiple locations. Requested functionality: Add an “Awaiting Response” or “Not Responded To” filter. Display reviews that do not yet have a published reply. Allow the filter to work alongside existing options such as location, platform, rating, and date range. Remove a review from the filtered results once a response has been successfully published. Include both manually received and synced third-party reviews where supported. Use case: Teams need a reliable way to find and respond to every outstanding review without enabling automatic responses. This would preserve the ability to write and approve personalized replies while reducing the risk of reviews being overlooked. Acceptance criteria: Users can select an “Awaiting Response” filter in Reputation Management. Only reviews without a published response are displayed. The filter can be combined with other available filters. A review no longer appears in the filtered list after a response is published. The filter remains accurate across supported review platforms and locations.
