Allow Custom Email Templates for Email Review Requests

Right now, the only options available for customizing the Email Review Requests are Subject, Heading, Message, and Positive Answer. You cannot provide multiple options (e.g. both positive and negative), change the formatting, or add/remove any images.
It would make far more sense to provide the option to use an email template from Marketing>Emails>Templates, or at least offer the same customization options available there.

YES!!! Oh my goodness we need this so much.
We have a Marketing>Emails>Templates template that we have, but across all our 70+ clients there isn't a way to select this email in Reputation Management under the Email Review Request section, so we'd have to build it each time, which is insanely time consuming.
Alternatively, you could add the option in the email templates section with the three dots on the right, the ability to add that template to Reputation Management.

Please all the above. The email layout currently is so bad we can't use it for our clients. And it shows my image and my name at the bottom, not my client's one, which doesn't make any sense. Thank you!
