For Agency accounts (not pro therefore they don't have rebilling) Instead of only having one payment method for all locations in an account, it would make more sense to have a payment method in each location. This would allow the LC system to bill the client directly rather than the agency. This will save agencies a lot of time as well as protect them from clients refusing to pay there bill. This would be a direct cost billing, no upselling the cost of the usage at all.
