Go-High-Level is a global platform why is it not possible to use another date format other than the American one?? the rest of the world (all 6.75 bn of us) use dd/mm/yyyy and you only allow mm/dd/yyyy on your invoicing... a bit strange...

please also make available the choice of date format for documents and proposals, specifically I am referring to the date of creation of the document. when exported the format is MM_DD_YYYY and this causes a huge problem in countries that use another format

we are also having huge problems for this especially for documents and proposals that only allow the American date format mm/dd/yyyy, it creates a lot of confusion with our customers in Italy. can you fix it as soon as possible by allowing us to also choose the dd/mm/yyyy format? Shaun Clark

YES! The American date format is stupid.

The am:pm time thing is inefficient too.

On a subaccount level:

Please let us have the option to choose what date format we like.

(eg. dd-mm-yyyy, mm-dd-yyyy, yyyy-mm-dd, dd-MMM-yy, etc). Maybe the first three combination is good for now.

Add this in Settings > Business Profile.
Implement the selected format system wide. i.e. conversation, workflows, audit logs, everywhere there's a date)

note, I've just found that there is at least one place where it works. It's the {{right_now.little_endian_date}}, but this is a value that changes over time. What we need is that the current {{document.createdDate}} (that is currenlty US format only) could be also something like {{document.created_endian_Date}} or similar

GHL is indeed not Global yet, it's just US centric. Without this basic feature, that is available on all CRM of this planet, including the free ones, I think I will leave the platform. This feature request will soon hit 2 years....

I am facing the same issue, and it's becoming increasingly clear that our clients are not satisfied with the current situation. They prefer the dates to be in the DD/MM/YYYY format, which is more familiar and understandable in their context. This mismatch in date formatting is leading to misunderstandings and a lack of clarity. Addressing this issue to meet the clients' expectations for date format is crucial for smoother communication and better client satisfaction.
