A full customer portal with access to invoices, update billing info and individual documents would be a game changer. I would love to see this happen. I get asked this quite a lot by clients

It would be good to enable an optional feature where if a client is within e.g. 48 hours of being billed, to automatically refund the latest payment and cancel.

Does under review mean this is going to happen soon? We use Auth and we really need to be able to update and manage cards/ subscriptions. Having to cancel people and getting to repay is not efficient for all parties.

Integrate Stripe Billing Portal!

Currently there is NO way for the user to manage their own subscriptions and payment methods. Admin needs to manually change this which is a PAIN, specially with thousands of orders. This is a nightmare!Stripe does offer a Billing Portal. however this has to be integrated with the platform as seen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u8H6awDJVpM High Level should integrate this billing portal DIRECTLY. Maybe add a new tab called "Billing Portal". There is a software that does this very easily as seen here https://mysuperportal.com/ - you guys can use this as reference and provide this direct integration on HL. Thank you.

Yes, but this all shouldn't be tied just to Stripe. It needs to be generic so that a customer can manage ANY payments they make no matter what payment processor is being used, i.e. Stripe, Authorize.net, NMI, Paypal, or any future payment processor.
