Can we have this feature in form builder or survey builder when we are asking for the address for customers.
Google Address API will help to auto populate the address of customers.

Agreed.
In addition, adding this feature to be built natively in Highlevel is important as well.

For example when adding a contact manually being able to choose from the google address API will help to:
Decrease call time.
Have an accurate address.
Help team members get to a destination with one click by choosing the location in highlevel without needing to copy and paste all the address to google maps.
I attached an image below from Housecall pro that have this built in to their software and makes all the process regarding handling the address much simpler and easier.

Moe Zee We should not have to pay extra for this. This is basic in this day. GHL could just provide the Java Script to add if we wanted it. I do not know how to code but I found even on Google APIs website they gave sample code for this.

You can do this right now, with HL API's and Google's APIs, nothing is stopping you from doing it. I am using Google's Place API to get and confirm information on businesses who sign up

Hi Jay Djelal: By using Google's Place API for address retrieval then on the frontend using a solution for example using JavaScript to sending input to Google and using the response to update the form on your site. An alternative to JavaScript would be HTMX.

Inayet Hadi: and this is why it needs to just be integrated into HL! 😂 I’m sure JS and other scripting languages come naturally to you but it’s not a viable solution for those of us that it doesn’t.

Inayet HadiHi. Do you have a script that will work and put the address value from google into the separate fields in GHL like address, city, state, postal code. I have one that will just place everything in one spot on the address field but not break them out.

This does not help with manually added/updated Address Fields in GHL itself - so maybe something at the Account level that we can choose where it works in the system (defaulting to everywhere) - and in a way that does not waste our API credits, such as if the contact is updated but the address wasn't part of the update.

Yes.
Other systems like Housecall pro for example have this built in to their software.
When adding a contact you can choose the address from the google dropdown search, I attached an image below for reference.

This would really be helpful. We do survey forms and it will really make us look current if when people are entering their address it auto populates their address for them. It also will help with addresses being accurate. thank you!
