Similar to how the "Right Now" merge fields work, but adding that functionality to the email builder, so we are able to refer to the DAY that the appointment start date is on, for example "looking forward to our call on {{appointment.only_start_date_extended_english}}, 13/10/2025 at 1:30pm

Which would show as "wednesday, 12/10/25 at 1:30pm

The ability to use more extended english fields in emails is great for personalisation, for example, being able to say "Ill give you a call next {{Monday}}" is great for one one one contact.
