Signed Documents are Ginormous

After a document is signed, the size is very large ... in some cases, it's too large to email. Is it possible to reduce the PDF file size after it's signed (or at least maintain the original file size)?

DOCUMENT FILE SIZE TOO LARGE (needs to be compressed)

We send out new patient paperwork and documents for patients to complete before their first appointment
Other document management software we've used in the past does a good job compressing the file size prior to downloading the pdf
GOHIGHLEVEL... does not do a good job here.
Patient completes new patient paperwork and then we have to upload it to our EHR system which has a file size limit of 10 MB
When we download documents completed via gohighlevel, the file size is 25 MB..
So now we have to subscribe to other software to compress the file and then we have to upload it.
The file size needs to be smaller or compressed before pdf download. Even email providers have file size limitations...
