As an agency It would be great to be able to ad customised messages into a clients dashboard offering our marketing services. Customizable Ads with clear CTA promoting our agency services like SEO, ADS, Content writing etc.

We want the ability to choose things like a custom object record and have our widgets react to that parameter. For example: I choose a custom object record. The widgets receive this recordid. It then displays data within that record. Same concept for a contact, company, etc. Truly interactive dashboards. This paves the way to give us hyper custom "full stack like" dashboards. You can even give us a sidebar with subordinate dashboards that all tie into that parameter vs making lots of separate dashboards.

We want to be able to install widgets onto the dashboard that also have SSO connections from the marketplace app. This gives us a secure way to help build super custom widgets that have access to location/user data.

There should be a way to set a cap on how many contact's can be assigned to users.

It is kind of crazy this isn't a feature and from the multiple support people I have spoke to it appears this issue gets a lot of support tickets. From what I am being told by multiple support people now, there is no way to reflect on our dashboard the current number of opportunities or current value of opportunities that are in each stage of our sales pipeline and/or separate our sales data by sales person & company wide. This is pretty basic sales data that any company needs to track and it is very troublesome that go high level as a company can't see this or fix it. Our company switched from Zoho to go high level and this was much easier to track, view, and report on zoho.

For project-based businesses like wedding hairstylists, makeup artists, photographers, videographers, event planners, and designers, our dashboard needs to be more visual. Right now, contact management is text-heavy and overwhelming, making it difficult to quickly identify projects at a glance. I propose a Visual Project Dashboard where selected contacts (tagged under specific tag like "weddings") appear as thumbnail tiles, making it easier to scroll through and see each project visually. 💡 Key Features & Functionality: 📸 Contact View as a Visual Project Board: If a contact is tagged as "weddings" (or any other chosen tag), they will appear in a dedicated visual dashboard. Instead of a plain text list, each contact will be displayed as a tile/thumbnail for an at-a-glance project overview. Users can scroll through projects visually, making it much easier to find and track clients. 🖼️ Cover Photo for Each Contact (Not Just Profile Image!): Allow users to upload a cover photo for each project (separate from the contact’s profile picture). OR let users select a cover photo from an uploaded folder (custom uploader field). Why this matters: 📌 Hairstylists & makeup artists can see the client’s hair/makeup trial at a glance. 📷 Photographers & videographers can use a wedding photo as a visual reference. 🎨 Architects & interior designers can set a project mood board or render as the cover. 🎭 Event planners & venues can preview décor, layouts, or venue settings. 🎛️ Fully Customizable Filters & Display Options: 🔍 Filter which contacts appear based on tags (e.g., "weddings," "corporate events," "branding clients"). 📏 Choose thumbnail aspect ratio (Portrait 📖 / Square 🔲 / Landscape 📺) for industry-specific needs. 📅 Display key project details underneath the image, just like in the current pipeline view. Example: Full Name, Project Date, Start Time, Status, Custom Fields. 🚀 Enhanced Pipeline View (Trello-Style with Cover Images!) I’d like to request a feature that allows users to view contacts as individual projects with a visual thumbnail. This would be accessible via a side menu in the main navigation bar, displaying all contacts as project cards with an uploaded image representing each client. The feature should include filters to sort projects based on status (e.g., active, completed, upcoming) and allow quick access to relevant details at a glance. This would be especially useful for people in the wedding industry such as photographer, makeup, artists, wedding planner - managing multiple clients/big project simultaneously. It would also be good for home improvements/ builders/ architect/ interior designer where they can look at a glance and see which project they are working on.
