Pease allow Conversation AI does to overwrite custom fields, currently not allow to overwrite custom fields.

If for example a client gives the phone number and minutes later in the same chat that customer realises the number given was wrong and gives the new correct number the bot will not update that field/oaverwrite it.
This option is available in the voice ai agent though.
We should have this option on both, conversation ai and Voice agent ai not only in the voice agent ai.
